Shei'Ki prefers her student's robes over other formalwear, the dark orange robes fit firmly over light furs - comforts from her homeland. She wears protective leather pads over her shoulders, made of simple leathercraft, and a sturdy black belt about her hips, holding up a tapestry sash, giving her robes a splash of color on the lower body, matching the leaping red-orange flames from Ironstar, her staff.
Deipthe dresses lightly - when she turns from the tawny brown, black-striped snake of her alternate form to her naga form, clothes don't go with her. Usually, a simple tunic to cover her chest will suffice. She wears jewelry: eyebrow and ear piercings, necklaces, golden rings around her neck, taht sort of thing - they transform to fit when she changes, or fit the changed form anyhow.
Eiffe, in human form, would much rather not wear clothes - they're troublesome. But fireproof cloth isn't in short supply, and her mistress has the money to clothe her when she has a human form. She loves vibrant golds and turqoises - but often settles for red and brown. She loves gold though... even if its faux. She always wears rings - they give her fists an edge with her abilities. In this form, her lantern is either worn as armor - bracers and shinguards, specifically, crafted of tarnished steel, or held like an actual lantern - depends on how she got enough fuel for a human body.

She's extremely, inhumanly beautiful, and lean, with a musculature that is perfect, but somehow does not take away from her femenine grace.

Always taught never to expose oneself to unnecessary danger, a Zelian will create a sudden burst of whatever element they have as their guide to create a distraction to either attack, or make their escape. Lamia are magical beings with humanoid upper bodies and the lower bodies of great constrictor serpents, with the ability to take the form of a large constrictor.
Fire lamia are all female (males are wind-based), and have a special maternal warmth about their bodies - closeness with a Lamia that wills it causes physical aches and wounds to slowly dissipate, letting the body's natural healing accelerate significantly. This warmth is protective - all manner of physical ills are soothed with this maternal heat. Even if they are fire lamia, they are beings of flesh - fire and ice only affect them like they would a normal creature.
Because Deipthe is a bound creature, she is not bound to a singular physical form. Born of flame, Eiffe takes one of two forms - either she is the magic fire inside the Ironstar, her home, or she takes the form of a beautiful, red-haired, gold-skinned woman that is warm to the touch (or searing hot, if she wills it). She has to carry or wear her lantern - she cannot be apart from it for long.
As a Flame Nymph, Eiffe can control flames born from her heat - as long as they're her size or smaller (any bigger than that, and they're out of her control), shaping the flames and controlling the speed at which they burn up fuel as she sees fitting. Attacking a Flame Nymph's humanoid body with a physical weapon is not very effective- she is made of flame. It will destabilize her and heat the weapon, creating a flash of flame and weakening her a little, but she does not have human anatomy - a strike to the head or heart does no more good than anywhere else. She is, however, weak to water and ice magics, and her inner flames can be smothered by water if it gets inside her skin. She takes no damage from fire, but she is not strengthened by it, either - her flame is her being, unable to feed on other fire or be fed upon (though it will burn up her fuel if it breaks her skin, making her burn faster - thus shorten her humanoid body's lifespan, making her hungry).
If she is put out, starves to death, or has too much of her mass lopped off from its fuel source, she returns to Ironstar, and Shei'ki takes a minor psychic backlash (about as painful as stubbing your toe or being stung by a bee - its not as intense as Deipthe's backlash because a Flame Nymph isn't as intensive a summon as an Echidna spirit). The fire can be rekindled with any of her children flames (ones she made), or by a ritually prepared flame (which can take a while).

Shei'ki is a young lady of passion and devotion - she's a book worm, and keeps her nose hard to her studies, hell-bent on becoming the greatest Binder in her entire family's history. This, sadly, leaves little room for much else - she's sparing on her understanding, and scarce with her patience for others. She can come off as extremely cold and harsh, or single-minded on a level usually reserved for those seeking vengance or zealots... mostly when she's busy.
She treats people who work as hard as she does, superior mages, her family, and those whom she has allowed close as honored company - with great courtesy and kindness, almost in the exact opposite way she treates everyone else. Really, this is her when she's at ease - she's really quite hospitable if you catch her at the right time or are important enough to her to tear her attention away from her books.
Deipthe doesn't like how Shei'ki behaves - the girl is so focused and intense, she has little room left to be ladylike. Deipthe is polite and very, very kind - Shei'ki needs no supervision in a library to keep studying, so she often, while her charge works, does what she can to help out the academy - thats just how Deipthe is. Deipthe is the closest thing Shei'ki has to a functional mother figure - she never really got to know her real mother, she was taken away to be in the academy almost from the moment she left the womb. So Deipthe raised the girl - as best as she could. Shei'ki gets her discipline, her skill with a quarterstaff, and her... GOOD manners from Deipthe's teachings. A better nanny there is none.
Eiffe is a bad influence. She's a passionate, flighty, womanly creature that is everything wild and unbound in this world that Deipthe wants Shei'ki not to be. Then again, she doesn't need to be devoted or disciplined. The Flame Nymph is good at what she does by default, fiery and passionate by nature. She can't *not* be, so she expects things to come naturally to others. The fact that Shei'ki is learning slowly now and she can't get any stronger irritates Eiffe to no end... but the Nymph loves the girl dearly, treating her like a kid sister. Complete with torment.

Deipthe was charged with raising the girl to be the child of the noble family, with teaching the girl the heritage that would be hers... if she only reached out and took it. Deipthe raised the girl by cuff and rule, love and reward, shaping her in the way only a being like her could... and when the girl was old enough, thirteen, tattooed her own binding sigils onto the girl's back.
With the Echidna spirit merged into her being, Shei'ki's potential took wing, and the tenative spark of talent in her breast grew to a young flame of skill, bright in her breast. From studying this power, Shei'ki made her own version of the binding sigils, and bound her first servant on her own into her service - Eiffe, the Flame Nymph. With Deipthe's help, Eiffe agreed to the service, as her own ancestors had done for Shei'ki's line in the past, and the pact was sealed... and with this achievement, she earned her staff - the Ironstar.
For the last year and a half, Shei'ki has been undergoing physical training. The art of a binder requires a sound body to house the steady mind to overcome the plateau of the first binding.
So here she is today - trying to get to the next level in her studies.
