People, i'm sorry for my absence over the last week or so. Truth of it is that i've been very ill. Don't worry, it probably wasn't Swine Flu, more likely a Virus, but either way it's had me bed-ridden fo the entire of last week...

...i'm back in work now, but only because I had a whole week off and couldn't really push my luck with anymore sickness, but I still feel like shit.

Nevermind though, since i'm forced to get up, go to work and sit at my computer all day, I might as well get back in the swing of things!

Thank you, though I still don't feel any better...

I had just about got over the worst of the virus, not beat it just got over the worst, when I end up with a chest infection on top of it all...i've been off work not for 8 days in total, but i'm in work again today and will be from now on - can't afford anymore sick days, seriously.
