“Give me a system status. What’s happening?” Difeza asked sternly, looming behind a seated Eugene.
“Everything is moving smoothly.” he replied swiftly. “We’ve gathered almost more data than our computer can handle. It’s phenomenal how diverse their powers are, and not just their powers but their thoughts and feelings for each other and general everyday things as well.” he continued, his fingertips clapping away at the keyboard in front of him. “When you simply think about the difference they seem so alien, so godly in their unique abilities, but when you look deeper they’re just like any one of us. They’re just normal people.”
“If by normal you mean fools!” Difeza spat angrily. “To be blessed with such powers and not use them to their advantages, to gain so much more out of life. Gah, the entire concept makes me sick. Wasted talent and opportunities, that’s all they stand for.” it was clear from his tone of voice on its own, let alone his array of facial expressions, that Difeza held nothing but contempt for the few that stood in defence of Dragonia. Greed and envy had driven him to his current opinion over them. Eugene felt as if he had to stand up for them, the feeling burned deep within his chest, but he had already witnessed what fate seemingly held in store for those who spoke out again Difeza, and that was not the fate he wished for himself; the mattered had been dropped.
“Well yea, errmm, anyway, we’ve collected tons of information on all of the test subjects. Information on their tactical abilities, their powers - strengths and weaknesses - as well as a slight amount of information into their different personalities and personal lives.” all of this was a breach of his principles, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t extremely impressed and smug of his achievements.
“Excellent.” Difeza said as he began to calm down from his momentary rant. “And have any of the subjects come across the hazards that have been set up and created for them?”
“Well we took the liberty of greatly emphasising the extent of planetary destruction in an attempt to push them to the extent of their mental, and emotional limitations. We succeeded, to a point. However, the environments were hazardous to anymore normal per-”
“But these are NOT normal people.” it was blunt. It was an interruption. He wasn’t pleased.
“Yes, our findings proved this theory to be correct. They found their surroundings and the premise that faced them disturbing to say the least, but no more so than any normal person.”
“And the traps?”
“Two of the subjects found themselves against one of our creations in Bedoe. We put another two, but one in particular, through a test based on some information we extracted from her memory, aimed at discovering her emotional break-down point. It’s to say we’ve collected a nice verity of data, and you should expect more of the same in the next few hours when we throw everything we’ve got planned at them.”
Difeza grinned and reached inside of his jacket pocket. “Perfect.” he begun, pulling out his mobile phone. “I’ll ring ‘them’ and get the final go-ahead.” Suddenly the phone began vibrating rapidly within is palm, somewhat startling Difeza as the very popular voice of the universally renowned hit musician known as Jesse John erupted out into the room. Slightly embarrassed he quickly answered the call. “Difeza here,”

“Changed? What do you mean? We’ve just unleashed the creatures on them…We’re almost finished!” with that the phone went dead and Difeza lunched it across the room in anger.
“What’s happened? Are we to go-ahead?”
“No.” He replied quickly. “Unplug the freaks and put them back where we found them all, just as planned. The experiments over…”
Slowly Difeza walked away from Eugene and the computer, through the room and over towards a large glass window off at the opposite end of the room. He stopped once he reached it and simply looked off into the room which it looked into, resting his hands on the window ledge as he gazed off into the room. The room was filled with beds after another, each bed connected to identical pieces of machinery, and upon each and every bed laid one of the many warriors of Dragonia, sleeping peacefully. “When they wake up…they’ll think it was nothing but a dream.”
(OOC: If everyone could go back to the original place they all fell asleep and post waking up, then part one will be finished
