WOW, hey people.
Guess I should apologise for my lack of being around and posting here. To be honest when I got my new job a LOT of my time was drained away from me, and when I got home from work I was far too tired to get online and post until the god forsaken early hours of the morning like I used to do – even on weekends I’m pretty tired, though I do try to use that time to the best of my abilities.
I’ve been trying to juggle work, social activities, and posting on MR while working on possible ‘re-vamp’ ideas for LoD, something which has proved harder than I first thought it would be, but not impossible.
Mike is right about MR though, when it opened it gave everyone a place where they could post and fulfil their ‘role-playing needs’ while LoD was on a downer. I fill that it was my fault for LoD ending up as it did. My saga, and I suppose my lack of organisation and planning ahead, lead to the sites untimely spell in unconsciousness, despite my attempts at revival and re-vamping the site at the time.
However, It is good to see so many of you are still around and willing to get things back on the road, especially those of you who left at certain points – I’m glad you have you all around guys, without you lot LoD wouldn’t be able to come back I fear. LoD has always been a second home to me, and it pained me to see it take the path that it did, but like I said I have been working on some ideas to re-vamp the site, bring it somewhat away from what it used to be and give it a new lease of life.
I think that Mike and Jimmy especially will be able to help with this. Their systems on MR, and just generally how their Plot-Point Threads (sagas basically) run and how organised everything is can be a great example for us to follow, and if we can even transfer the slightest bits of that over to LoD I believe we’ll be up and running again in no time, and better than ever.
Right now I’ve got that ramble out of the way it’s time to talk business – and I shall be in the other thread!

.... for the records, LoD isn't becoming an MR clone instead of an FH clone....
Just... throwing that out there...
I wouldn't mind using some elements (like having a plot rather than flavour of the week villains or people having a theme to their characters rather than generic Saiyan X) but other things work well. Like Credits. Credits were a good idea. We shouldn't have decided against them on MR...
Anyway, glad to see so many people.

No I didn't mean to make it like MR dude, I meant to take some of the qualities that you guys have over on MR - like being organised, having more of an overall plot/storyline to follow rather than random sagas, etc.
