Falkan was almost beginning to feel bored when the blue flash of teleportation carried him away from the empty battlefield at Rues. When he appeared in Lavertia, the first thing that caught the V'alcan's attention was the lack of light. He dropped his heavy cloak, and with two quick leaps came to the top of a nearby tree and burst through the forest canopy. Balancing on the tip of the tree's highest limb, Falkan stared quietly at the fiery red of a Lavertian sunset. A warm breeze filled the air with the sounds and smells of the forest. Most would have considered such a scene a paradise. To Falkan, it was just another battlefield.
He hadn't climbed up to enjoy the sunset, rather he wanted to get a good view of the area. As far as even his V'alcan eyes could see, there was only a vast expanse of trees, trees, and more trees. With a grunt of approval, Reval dropped back to the ground and fastened his cloak around his shoulders again. As a boxer or a runner might stretch his muscles, Falkan took a deep breath and 'stretched' his energy, reaching, feeling for the limit. It was harder to find than usual. The intensity of the battle with Nishaio, followed by several uninterrupted hours of rest, had done wonders for Reval's power. He was stronger now than ever before, and the fresh air of the Lavertian paradise made him feel nearly invincible. Something about this world made it easy for Falkan to become more powerful much faster than he could in his own. He liked it.
Having re-discovered his limit, Falkan chose a comfortable power level, just below that of his rage state, and promptly hid it. Darkness was now nearly upon the forest. For Falkan's eyes, that presented little trouble. V'alcans could see in the dark, allbeit in a grey-scaled, monochromatic way. As the deep hues of the forest floor were giving way to various shades of black, white, and grey, Falkan was taking a position in a nearby tree, weapons sheathed, and considering the name of his opponent:
Hakuto...
The android had been Falkan's firs encounter with such a being, Pravent being the second. Both had been powerful beyond his comprehension, but there had been a key difference. In the end, Pravent's eccentricity gave way to nobility, causing him to sacrifice himself for the people of Dragonia. Hakuto had fought only for his own amusement. He was as close to pure evil as Falkan had encountered. THat alone was reason enough to fight him, no holds barred. Beyond that, he had allied himself with the Saiyans, even after having destroyed hundreds. Disloyalty on top of evil was too much to let stand.
But Falkan had no illusions of an easy victory. Hakuto was monstrously strong - far stonger than himself. It was not going to be a battle of brute power. If he had any hope of winning, Reval was going to have to fight smarter.

The last round had ended in what could be described as disappointment for the android. His bout against Musashi had been cut short by the time limits of the tournament, just when he had ascended into his transformed state. The judges gave the decision to the Saiyan, something Hakuto wasn't particularly happy with at all. He never liked losing, even under circumstances he could not have helped with.
But, that round was over and a new round was udnerway. Hakuto had drawn an opponent who was atop the tournament ranks. Falkan...I've faced him before. Hakuto thought back to when he had met the man. Hakuto had dealt with him accordingly back then, but he seemed to be doing very well in this tournament. The android was done with the testing of his power. It was time to win now.
Hakuto blurred into the luscious land of Lavertia. This was nwo the third time that the android would fight in a beautiful area of Dragonia. It was as if they wished nature a long a painful death. Nonetheless, Hakuto quickly tossed aside his weighted cloak. The black cloak made its usual crater in the ground, squashing various plants, insects and small rodents in the process. He scanned the battlefield, looking for his opponent.
There you are...
Hakuto's aura shot up, blood red flames arcing all around his body. Falkan would undoubtably sense this, which is exactly what Hakuto wanted. While his aura and power drew the attention of Falkan, trace amounts of ki scattered all around the area Falkan was in. Then, a few moments later, a giant explosion occured directly under the right arm and beside the right ribs of Falkan from seemingly out of nowhere.
The android hoped the blow would knock him off-balance, as well as do some damage. He teleported in and delivered a stiff roundhouse kick to the left side of Falkan's head, looking to catch him in an unavoidable situation with the momentum of either dodging the explosion or being hit with it. Hakuto quickly spun back to face Falkan, wherever he ended up going, and fired three large ki blasts that acted like heat seakers with the telekenetic control of Hakuto.

Falkan wasn't caught off gaurd in the slightest. The moment Hakuto teleported in, the Lone Warrior of Reval was ready. Falkan had started his first match on the defensive, a mistake he was determined not to make against Hakuto. Hakuto's blasts igntied right on target, but Reval didn't flinch, even in the face of the android's incoming kick. He couldn't flinch...because what Hakuto was kicking at was an after-image. While he was powering up and focusing on attacking Falkan, Reval was already on the move. He'd made sure to be out of sight and keep his power level hidden for the brief moment that Hakuto went after his Zanzouken image, then reappeared directly behind the android with a fully charged ki ball. This he let fly at point-blank for Hakuto's back before disappearing again, leaving yet another after-image in his place. The three ki blasts powered directly through the after-image and swung to track Falkan as he kicked off a tree for another attack. Seeing the beams on a collision course, Falkan refused to waver. Out came Rhiannon, and in three quick strikes the beams were analyzed, modified, and repelled by the sword - sent straight back to Hakuto with a radically different energy type.
Falkan had long learned that a true warrior never becomes attached to one attack or styel - instead, he flows with the battle seamlessly. This philosophy came to life as his initial plan of a barrage of punches evolved into streaking through the air with Rhiannon extended like the head of a missile. Once again, when he got in close to Hakuto, he let a blast of energy fly from Rhiannon, then used the Zanzouken technique to leave an image of him winding up for a second swing from the right, aimed at Hakuot's left shoulder. When he reappeared, he was behind Hakuto, mirroring his after-image. Now the swing was rushing in from the android's right, aimed at his right shoulder. Hopefully the android would move to block the leftward attack, leaving his right side open. If not, Falkan was still on the move. With the swing completed, he flipped backwards into a kick for his opponent's head, then launched back and up into the branches of the nearest tree to disappear. Between the darkness, his own black cloak, and his hidden power level, that wouldn't be a difficult task...

Swing and a miss. Hakuto's kick soared through the after-image of Falkan. Hakuto quickly noted the warrior's ability to use the technique and then used it himself, allowing Falkan's ki blast to shoot right through his after-image as well. Hakuto fired three blasts back and they too hit nothing but image-enhanced air.
However, the blasts did not stop as the android was controlling their every move with his mind. Falkan dodged around and suddenly brought out his sword, sending all three blasts back at Hakuto in rapid-fire and fluent motions. The android knew right when they came back that the energy type had changed thanks to his advanced senses, but that didn't help the problem too much. The three blasts were coming in quick. Luckily Hakuto was already pouring energy into increasing his power and speed. Falkan didn't seem to have control over the blasts' paths either, allowing for Hakuto to dodge them with a quick leap to the air. The blasts soared under the android and into some nearby trees, demolishing them and all adjacent ones in the process.
Meanwhile, Falkan was on the move, his sword extended in front of him. Hakuto quickly conjured up a ki blade, although it wouldn't be able to stand more than a few blows with the time it had to charge up. Luckily, Falkan had fired a ki blast from the tip of the sword when he got close to Hakuto and the android simply put up his free hand and absorbed it, transferring its energy to the sword in the process. Falkan continued forward for a melee attack, but the android would not fall for the same trick twice, especially one he uses himself.
Hakuto stood his ground and let the after-image take his shot as the real Falkan appeared behind the android with a swing of his own. Hakuto quickly spun and parried the blow with his own sword. Falkan then flipped backwards, aiming a kick at Hakuto's head. He has the same attack strategies as I do...interesting. I wonder if he'll expect this.
Hakuto did not dodge the blow, but instead raised his sword up. If Falkan continued through with his kick his foot would be sliced off. If Falkan altered his path Hakuto would have a jump on him. It was a win-win situation for the android, but either way Hakuto was heading straight forward in an attempt to stab Falkan through the stomach with his sword.

(Auto-hit period expired)
Apparently, Falkan was not expecting Hakuto's next move as Falkan seemingly continued through with his kick.
Falkan was in shock for a moment, as Hakuto's ki blade shot through his stomach and out of his back. However, instead of taking it out and letting the blood flow freely, the android decided he wanted to test out some of his new abilities.
So, Hakuto kept the ki blade lodged in place and at the same time, Hakuto had kept his hand lodged firmly in the stomach of Falkan. Every two seconds of contact would allow one vampire parasite virus to enter Falkan's body. After six seconds, Hakuto would let go, since three parasites would not be noticable by the host, but any additional parasites would change that.

Falkan was already picking up valuable information about his opponent, and they were just in the opening volleys of the match. Hakuto was a deft defender, that Falkan knew from the start, but when the android simply absorbed a ki blast, it radically affected Reval's own style.
So he can just suck up energy like a sponge eh? Then we won't be giving him anymore...
As Falkan went into his kick, he was impressed by Hakuto's counter. Now it was time for a surprise of his own. At the last moment, he dropped his lead foot and whipped his left into an upward kick for Hakuto's chin, completely ignoring the sword that tore into his stomach. For an agonizing moment for the fans of the V'alcan, he threw a barrage of kicks at Hakuto's head, still impaled by the android's blade, then finally kicked backward off the sword. For a few seconds, blood poured from the wound in his stomach, then, as had happened in the battle with Nishaio, the wound healed before the eyes of the spectators. The damage disappeared, but the pain from the hit lingered, causing Falkan to involuntarily transform into rage state. To the observant fans, the sudden change in his eyes from brown to blue was a meaningful one.
Falkan grinned and unsheathed the Drail blade. Rhiannon sharpened itself to a razor-edge, and the Drail sword superheated upon contact with the air, creating a doubly-deadly combination.
A second later, Falkan was back in the fight full force, with lightning fast slashes for Hakuto's shoulders, elbows, and knees - hoping to take out the joints and end the android's mobility long enough to deliver a finishing blow. The two approaches, Rhiannon's sharpness and Drail's heat, he hoped would be enough to cause some damage. If not, the spinning kick at his chest, followed by a downward strike with both blades, might.

(OOC: Actually, the auto-hit rule is two days, not three, in this tournament. I gave you an extra day or so. But, I'll just change the foot getting cut off and shorten my description of the stab above, then continue on here.)
Just as it seemed Falkan's right foot was about to take an extended vacation from the rest of his body, the V'alcan suddenly dropped his right foot from the path and sent his left foot in instead. Hakuto was cuahgt offguard by the kick to the face, but the aggresive tactic from Falkan led to the android's ki sword being thrusted through the V'alcan. Possibly even worse, it allowed for Hakuto's hand to be in contact with Falkan's body.
So, as blood poured from Falkan's stomach, the android held on and took the kicks to the face as a result. Three vampire parasite viruses had been injected into the body of Falkan and he would not notice a thing as Hakuto was rocked back a few meters with the V'alcan's final kick-off.
The viruses already began to store energy as Falkan's rapid healing kicked in to heal the gaping hole in his stomach. Falkan's rage state also gave energy to the parasite as it triggered. Thanks to the changes in the energy taken up by the parasites, Hakuto could tell that the warrior had increased his power somehow, without actually sensing the power change itself. Hakuto quickly powered up substantially, nearing the limit of his base form, to compensate for Falkan's power up. Although, Hakuto's was obviously increasing as his aura flared rapidly around his body. It seems this warrior is very adept at hiding his power from the average fighter. Too bad I'm not an average fighter...
After the transformation Falkan grinned at Hakuto. The android simply grinned back as he created a second weapon to counter the firey sword Falkan had just pulled out. However, this weapon was no ordinary one. It was a ki shield, with ten inch spikes protruding along the edges and all over the front. This would allow for defense and offense at the same time.
It was Falkan's double sword combo Hakuto's sword and shield combo. Falkan leapt forward for the first flurry of stikes and the android got into a defensive stance. Hakuto rapidly moved his shield around to block the drail sword and its heat while he parried and blocked the shots from Rhiannon with his sword. Ki sparks flew in every direction, but the android was putting up a solid defense.
Eventually, Falkan switched up to a kick that Hakuto parried with his spiked shield, aiming to cut the V'alcan's leg in the process. The two blades came down shortly after and Hakuto once again used his shield, bracing it with his sword hand as well to hold back both swords. A shower of ki erupted on contact, but Hakuto quickly spun to the side to try and throw both of Falkan's blades off-course for just a moment with his shield. He hoped this would allow for a quick slash to Falkan's undefended shoulder. Hit or miss, Hakuto then sent a quick barrage of a dozen ki balls with the shield hand afterwards aimed at different parts of Falkan's body to make them nearly unavoidable.

((Hey, my bad dude. Two days was right. Thanks for the mercy then. )) Falkan knew something was wrong when the second of his kicks connected with Hakuto's head. He despised the android to the point of cold hatred, but he respected him greatly as a warrior, and he knew there was no way Hakuto would allow the same attack to hit him twice without some ulterior motive. He guessed it had something to do with the fact that his enemy held onto him while he kicked the crud out of his head. When Hakuto raised his own power to match Falkan's, his original premise retunred to Reval. He wasn't going to beat this warrior with sheer power. There would have to be another way. In light of that remembreance, Falkan did the unexpected...he let his power level drop. Without warning, his eyes faded back to brown and his strength returned to normal. It wouldn't give him any great advantage, but with what he had planned, he wouldn't need it. He sidestepped the counterattacks Hakuto threw at him with a smirk. The android wasn't bad, but it was clear swordsmanship wasn't his strength. Falkan guessed something else that wouldn't be as well. He kept Rhiannnon out long enough to bat away or absorb the shower of ki balls sent at him. A wall of earth realm-bent just time stopped quite a few of the blasts as well. Then he quickly performed his 'stonewall' technique, inlaying his own body with solid rock. He was many times heaver now, hard as the hardest rock, but only slightly slower. Away went Rhiannon and out came the staff, tipped at each end with a razor-sharp blade. With a shout, Falkan charged Hakuto again with a blinding volley of slashes, thrusts, and spins, each for the android's head, knees, or gut. Not one movement of the weapon was wasted. Any empty space without part of the staff after Hakuto was filled with a kick. All the while, Falkan continued to let his power level drop. If he sensed that Hakuto's guard came down, even for a second, he would shoot his power to the top, as he had practiced before the match began, and unleash the Ice Cannon attack, followed by the mighty Warrior's Wrath. It all depended on how the ruse went.

Hakuto's sword attack did not hit its target. Falkan clearly had the advantage in his swordsmanship. However, as Hakuto finished firing his ki blasts, something very strange happened. Falkan's power level suddenly dropped. It wasn't hidden either, like it usually is. Does he think I'll drop my power level when he does? Hakuto scoffed at the idea and just watched as Falkan attempted to swat away and absorb all the ki blasts fired at him. Hakuto was already backing up, because he knew what would happen.
As Falkan's sword tried to absorb some of the ki blasts, they suddenly exploded at point-blank range. Their explosions carried on to the rest of the dozen ki blasts still in the area and created a massive chain reaction, all right in front of the V'alcan warrior, who was already leaving himself open by moving his sword away and using one of his techniques.
Hakuto noticed that the technique Falkan used did not require ki and, in fact, took the very ground beneath the two instead. Falkan had somehow blended the earth into his body. Hakuto chuckled, for this was possibly one of the worst things Falkan could do. The android couldn't control a person's body without having mind control on them, but he could control inanimate object, such as earth and stones, with his advanced telekenetic abilities. Essentially, Falkan had pulled a Wolverine beside a Magneto, and with Falkan's power level down, Hakuto would have no trouble in using his telekenetic abilties to overpower him.
So, with a big flex of his mind, Hakuto suddenly used his telekenetic abilities to freeze Falkan, or rather the dirt and stone within Falkan's body, in place. Hakuto then merged his ki sword into his ki shield, making it much sharper and durable for the task at hand. The android then drew his arm back and snapped it forward, flinging the razor sharp ki disk straight at the mid-section of the practically paralyzed Falkan.
If Falkan didn't overpower the telekenetic control or get rid of his earth armour, then avoid the disk, which only had to travel about ten meters, he would be sliced in two.

((NICE! I knew I would enjoy this fight!))
Falkan was actually surprised when his plan backfired – that almost never happened. Rhiannon took care of many of the blasts, thanks to its ability to analyze and adapt. Unfortunately, when he swung Pravent's sword at a blast, instead of being knocked away, it exploded, causing a chain reaction among the other blasts. Falkan was sent flying, but by the time he caught his footing and rushed in for his attack, he was already healed.
With the Stonewall technique in place, Falkan planned on being even further protected from Hakuto's more powerful attacks. What he did not account for was being made vulnerable. As a rule, the only emotions Reval showed in battle (or anywhere, for that matter,) were anger and resolve. But even he couldn't hide the surprise when the froze him in place. He had been counting on Hakuto slipping eventually – but he had been the one to slip.
In the stands Alyanna and her son watched in horror as their favored warrior was suspended, seemingly helpless, while Hakuto formed a monstrous disc to hurl at Falkan. The surprise on Falkan's face suddenly changed to grim resolve as Hakuto threw the disc. The audience gasped as the disc came between the camera and Falkan…and continued unhindered. The confusion of the audience was relieved soon enough.
Nearly the instant the disc made contact, Falkan dispelled the Stone Armor and, with no time to spare, grabbed Rhiannon and pulled it from its sheath. He had to take a dangerous chance by timing his move at the exact moment the disc would hit him. At that moment, he seized Rhiannon's will with his own and slashed open a dimensional portal beside him. With all the speed he could muster in his normal state, he dove through the portal. The disc slid along the bottom of his boot as the portal closed.
In the dimension between Dragonia and his own world, time ceased to exist, allowing Falkan to return to Dragonia the instant he left, no matter how long he remained 'away'. He took only a few seconds to formulate a new plan, and then re-opened the portal…not even a centimeter behind Hakuto. Something told the V'alcan Warrior he'd best not directly touch the android, so he had another method in mind. At point blank range, he let fly his Ice Cannon attack. Just in case Hakuto dodged it, Reval cut loose with a barrage of attacks from both blade tipped sides of his staff, teleporting first to his left side, then his right. Finally he dropped back and unfastened his weighted cloak. The extra speed would be useful...
Converting to his most powerful state, he poured energy into the Warrior's Wrath attack. It would take a few seconds to get a decent sized blast ready, but he filled that time by teleporting at random in order to throw off counter-attacks. Finally he let the beam fly, ready to guide it back to Hakuto wherever he ran.

((Good lord you two! Show some Mercy! You could at least have a clear winner displayed if your writing a book! I'm going to go fetch a coin, I'll post your results later))
OK, gone for Falk since he reminded me but 3-2
