Elias had recovered excellently from his fight with Zolomon. He had taken a few days off to relax and let his body heal, but after that he began slow training again to get back to his peak. He had a few scars from that fight, but other than that, he was fine. In fact, he was better. He had learnt so much from Zolomon and knew now not to let himself be drawn into stupid traps. Sticking to his pre-fight ritual, Elias had been hanging around in seedy bars drinking beer, waiting for the next fights to be announced. As soon as he heard cheers arrupt from the nearby stadium Elias walked casually over, the usual cheers and whisltes followed in his wake as the eager fans fought to see the competetor. Looking up at the board he saw his name about half way down. [Elias VS Nishaio - Guardinia] Elias wondered how long it would be until he was teleported to the location, and coincidently it took the exact same time as it does to calculate pi to 100 decimal places... Elias arrived slightly more gently than in his last fight, and his feet touched gently against the grass. The area Elias would be fighting in was amazingly flat grassland, the foliage a few feet tall. He could see for miles in either direction, the weather was fine and there were no dangerous objects nearby other than a few rock formations. Perfect. Elias lay down in the long grass and just looked up at the sky, and let his mind wonder. He wasn't going to meditiate, with all the RnR he had had over the past few days had gotten enough energy into him to last him two fights. Feeling slightly bored Elias decided to have some fun, and he injected some confusion ki into himself and then tried to move his leg, which inadvertently sent his left fist into his groin. He decided maybe it wasn't such a fun game...

Nishaio, having had no opponent last round, had already been on Gaurdinia for some time when his opponent showed up. Elias didn't notice him because he was sitting quietly on the grass with his amulet active, rendering him invisible and hiding his power level. He watched for a moment as Elias sat around and goofed off. When he punched himself in the groin, Nishaio decided to save the man from himself and start the fight. A moment later, he appeared - with a sword to Elias' throat. Though he said not a word, the look in Nishaio's eye said it all. He would give the man a chance to fight, but he'd better be on guard.
Not willing to be completely dishonorable, Nishaio stepped back to give Elias a chance to get to his feet, then launched an attack. The single sword with which he made his appearance flew into inconceivably fast action, with over a dozen slashes that were so fast the audience would never see them. The tip of the blade had been coated with Nishaio's trademark poison earlier - if it cut Elias, the poison would begin evaporating his blood. In his left hand, Nishaio had three daggers gripped and ready, also all tipped with poision. Even before he finished the slashes, the Falcome's hand was in motion, sending the daggers in for the enemy's chest.
Without warning, Nishaio leaped backwards, his sheer speed leaving just an image in his place. Before he appeared again, his bow was drawn and released, with three infernal arrows on course for Elias, wherever he may have run to. In less than a moment, the bow was back in place and the swords were drawn, ready to defend.

After spending a few moments rubbing his groin to try and get some feeling back into that area, Elias picked up on some movement in the grass. Cocking his head left he saw a blade being held just inches away from his throat. "Mmm, what a friendly introduction." Elias pinged the blade away from his neck with his finger, before quickly jumping to his feet as Nishaio stepped backwards. "I'm Elias, lets make this a good-" He was cut off as Nishaio suddenly began to attack. Instincively Elias' subconsiously activated his muscle implants and drew his blade with the blink of an eye, and whilst stepping backwards the sound of two blades clashing repeatedly filled the silent grassland. Blocking each of the high speed attacks Elias jumped up, twisting his body horizontally and spinning. His blade outstretched collided with the incoming daggers with a clang, sending them flying off course. Jeezus I've been here ten seconds and someone is already trying to fucking kill me! Landing on his feet again Elias regained his bearings to find Nishaio holding a bow, and suddenly three arrows were firing towards Elias. Slicing with his blade in a neat circle infront of him the arrows split in two, and without their flights they went wildly off course, although one narrowly missed Elias foot. His opponents initial onslaught appeared to have ended, the Falcome stood with his swords drawn, seemingly preparing for Elias attack. Sheathing his blade and deactivating his speed implants, Elias called out to his opponent. "Now mate! I don't know where the hell you are from! But from where I come from, you at least introduce yourself before you fight someone!" Elias shook his head, this guy was either incredibly dense or was just being clever. "Now ya see, you've pissed me off! And believe me, I fight better when I'm pissed off!" Elias wasn't really sure if he felt like that, he was sort of trying to psyche himself up for the fight, having not really had an opportunity up until now. One thing was for sure though, he was going to give his opponent hell, and he wasn't going to make any mistakes like he did with Zolomon either. Activating his stealth generator, Elias immediately took off once he was invisible, flying up into the sky. Forming a blast bomb, he released the two balls of inferno ki and send them spiralling down towards Nishaio. As soon as the energy was just a second away from impact Elias teleported to the side of Nishaio, before sending a powerful palm strike to Nishaio's kidneys. Immediately drawing his blade again, Elias went for a slice as he drew his blade up the back of the Falcome, simultaneously deactivating his stealth device. Elias had noticed his opponents speed, and noted that he was better to rely on his hearing than his sight to react to the Falcome's movement, his hearing being much more amplified than his sight. Swinging his clenched fist Elias swung powerfully towards Nishaio's jaw, before following up with his otherhand with a double jab to his opponents torso. Doubling back on himself Elias got about five metres away before unleasing a rapid fire barrage of ki blasts and beams towards his opponent. Not wanting to give his opponent a chance to breathe, Elias charged forwards with his Terminode blade, and channeled some inferno ki into it as he went for a slice towards Nishaio's chest. Charging past the Falcome Elias turned and was barely a metre away as he waited for his opponents counter.
"And this fight is certainly hot today folks! An interesting start by Nishaio but Elias seems to have coped well with the initial set of attacks from his opponent." The commentator's voice rang out over the stadium as the fans gazed in awe at the big screens displaying the fight. "Wow that guys fast," said the commentator, pointing towards Nishaio on his small screen. "I wouldn't want to fight him..."

((I'm editing, Kilix. But this is why we should read bios - there's nothing god-moding about Nishaio's speed. I'm not trying to god-mode, just play my character - and I've seen FAR worse cases of god-moding.)
Nishaio felt boredom overtaking him while his opponent talked. He couldn't understand why so many warriors wasted time chattering before they fought. If one wanted to introduce himself and make friends, the battlefield was not the place to do it.
Finally, Elias got to the point. he disappeared. Completely. Nishaio almost grunted in response, but didn't. He knew one thing - only a fool would remain standing in one place when his enemy vanished. A spike in energy above him confirmed that belief, and a second later, the Falcome was gone - just as Elias appeared to launch a strike where he had been. The inferno ki slammed into the ground and exploded violently, while Nishaio waited for the next sign of an attack by his invisible opponent. Suddenly Elias deactivated his stealth device and took two swings at Nishao, each a little too slow to hit.
The ki barrage could have been a threat, but Nishaio made sure not be in their way. When Elias charged with his sword, the Falcome stepped sideways and casually watched the sword blade go by. Satisfied that Elias was done with his attack, Nishaio launched into a second attack. He leaped straight up, and, with precision as well as speed, launched a dozen infernal arrows in a perfect circle around Elias, setting the grass around him on fire. But it wasn't the fire Nishaio was interested in. He landed outside the ring of fire and, more importantly, smoke. Then he ran all the way around the ring, sending a storm of daggers into the ring.
He waited for a moment until he could track Elias again, then knocked a Crystal arrow. The explosion from the Crystal arrow was more powerful than a nuclear warhead - which was why only the fastest of Falcomes even attempted to use them. It would be interesting to see what Elias would do with this attack...

Wow...this is a tough, tough call fellas. Both of you had creative posts and well-written. YOur characters are a good match as well. Despite a little issue over the last post of the match, I'm calling this one 3-2 for Nishaio. It seemed to me like he just had control of the whole match anyway, plus the last post of the match. Well fought, gentlemen, and good luck in round four!
