Cham sat in the same corner booth this time as he did after the last match. This time, however, due to his reckless rage abandonment, he sported quite a few more injuries. From what he could gather from the crowd, he was completely ruthless and awesome going against that girl. Evidently, he was the only one who saw the illusion. He felt horrible to have ever attacked her, but he really thought that 'that evil bastard' had come back and killed her. If she hadnt have created that illusion.
"Then what?" He asked himself. "I would have lost the round." He still was unsure of whether or not he actually won that match, but he didnt really care. He hurt a woman. Because of how he acted in such rage, he didnt feel half of the damage that woman inflicted upon him. He had many blistered burns and bruises and a couple cuts that were still on the mend. He had a wrap around two parts of his arm.
He felt guilty for also wishing Kihaku would get there with his senzu thingie to make him feel better since his Channeled Force ability didnt work on the user. The upside to this, he guessed, was that he earned a bit of respect from a lot of the viewers, making up for his poor performance in the first round. He had gotten a lot of strong handshaked from people saying that they never expected a boy of his stature to be so strong.
Those were all empty feelings for him though. If he could go back in time and thrown that match, he would have. It killed him to see the crying face on that lovely woman. He couldnt get her out of his head though. He saw her every time he closed his eyes, every time he thought. That tear stained face of hers.

Kihaku walked into the room, thick black boots clumping against the wooden floor of the suite. Oblivion and Nirvana hung in their accustomed places on his body before he removed them, leaning the pair of blades against the wall and sitting down, giving a sigh of relief. "That... was my favorite match out of the two. Why you might ask," obviously, Chameleon was in no mood to ask, so Kihaku decided it best if he just went on anyway, "because I kicked ass. We fought, we tussled, we exchanged blows... but I came out on top."
Removing his gloves, he tossed them onto the table, his pale white skin glowing eerily in the light. As they slid across the table, the left an inch long streak of blood on the wooden surface. Kihaku grinned at the sight, lowering his hood and staring at the gloves with a sense of pride. "I made him bleed in that match... and he never even touched me." Kihaku gave Chameleon a quick tap on the foot before looking into his sullen eyes, his bruised and bandaged body a testament to how he was faring.
"Boy... you look like hell. Fortunately for you, I got another three sensu drinks. Two for you, and one for me. And if you're wondering how I'm getting this money, don't worry about it, purely legal means." Kihaku gave himself a mental shake as he realized that he was actually RAMBLING! Perhaps this tournament was doing more harm than good.

Cham looked up at him as he kept rambling on. He had every right to, he felt good about his win and Cham would have as well under other cercumstances. Cham grabbed a glass of the senzu drink but waiting for a moment, not knowing if he even deserved to feel better.
"I havent seen the results of my match but I believe I won, I was the last one standing at least," Cham said not really looking happy about his win. He stared at the table, he was about to bring up the glass when his arm stung from the pain. Her lightning bolts sure did a number on him, but he didnt care, it was just desserts for him.

Kihaku looked over at the boy, crimson eyes searching those dull emerald ones with an almost painful intensity. He slid a second over to the boy and took his own, swirling the bean slowly before downing the brew in one gulp, like a shot of alcohol. Whiping his mouth with the back of his cold hand, he tried to think of something to say. "Alright then boy, tell me about your match. It's obviously bothering you, and you're not quite as unconscious as last time."

"I hurt a woman." Cham said flatly as he looked to him. "She took on an appearance as one of the men who killed so many people on Elicoori, I just got so angry, i didnt know it was really her." He said looking down at the table again. "Where I come from, women are sacred, they give life. They must always be protected from harm. And I was the one who harmed her, i truely am evil." He said closing his eyes and leaning back.
"Everyone is so happy that I won, they say that they never expected me to do so well especially after my last match." Cham whispered. "I guess it's different on this planet, which is something I dont understand. Women are meant to be cherrished and protected. They shouldnt have to worry about being hurt by a man."

Kihaku gave an exhasperated sigh and sat his temple against his upturned palm, massaging his head. Playing with the glass, he thought about what to say, actually caring enough this time to try and teach him what things are like without destroying who he is entirely. "Okay, this is basically how it is with being a fighter."
He sat up and set his hands in his lap, folding them gently and leaning his head back against the wall, directing his lesson to cham, but his voice to the ceiling. "When you're a warrior, you fight. What cause you might fight for is entirely their own. I fight for my life back, you fight for survival. Shinkuza, whatever she fights for, fights. Women warriors deserve no better treatment then male warriors, for they will treat you no more special for it."
He closed his eyes and thought about how best to continue. "When they're in the household and doing things to actually be worthy of such respect, then yes, by all means, do so. This girl TRICKED you into fighting her, taking on the form of the person you most despise. It was underhanded, deceitful, spiteful, and amazingly evil for one who fights for a higher power." He raised an eyebrow and shruged. "Still think she's worth all the trouble?"

"Yes, she is still a woman," Cham said forcefully. Old habits died hard, and he was always taught that women were to be treated higher than men because they gave life. He couldnt imagine thinking any other way, regardless of how evil a woman might be. He guessed that if she was killing people left and right, she would have to be dealt with. Saving lives were much more important than that.
One thing stuck in his head. "higher power?" Cham thought for a moment. "Like, someone more powerful than her? Is she in service to someone like I am to you? So, your my higher power?" Cham said scratching his head in a little bit of confusion.

Kihaku actually laughed out loud, a low, ingratiating sound like two rocks rubbing together. He rubbed his temple slightly as if it were exhasperating to have to constantly explain such things to the young man, but it really wasn't. In fact, Kihaku loved the feeling of being superior to someone else, even if they were an offworlder who could barely fight. He gave him a quick smirk before actually speaking. "No, not exactly. You do not serve me in the normal sense. You are more of a student who pays his teacher by doing things unquestioningly and unerringly. Shinkuza is an angel. She serves God directly without asking for reward."
Kihaku gave another guffaw at Chameleon's expense. "You beat an angel this round! Oh geeze, if that is the best the forces of Heaven have to offer, then perhaps I should take a whack at being God for a day." He, of course, didn't mean this at all, just a quick joke at Shinkuza's expense.

Cham didnt know what 'God' was, or what it meant at being one for a day, but he decided to let it drop. He took a good swig of the senzu bean water and put it down again.
Cham looked down at the table and cupped his hands together. "Thankyou, sir, for taking me in, I want you to know how much I appreciate it. I never thought I'd actually get to have something like a fam... well, just... thank you sir." Cham said, his luminated green eyes seeming to fade a bit in sadness as he thought about the family lost.
