In-Character Rules:
NO Godliness! There is no one person in this RPG greater than another; everyone begins with an equal advantage of being top dog, which is one of the reasons why people say that this RPG is great. (Like most stat RPG's I have seen, everything depends on how high your power level is. The elite fighters with transformations like Super Saiyan 2000 always win battles, while the newer members never get anywhere.) The only factor that will determine how good or bad you are on this site is how creative you are, and how good of a writer you are. This rule includes two factors:
- Do not avoid every attack that comes at you.
- Do not automatically hit an opponent (Give them a chance to avoid it).
Clause to the Auto-Hit Rules 01: During a fight, when a person does not respond to an attack after THREE (3) days, it is considered an automatic hit. During important fights (such as a tournament or a major battle in a saga), this rule is downgraded to TWO (2) days in order to speed things up and encourage people to post more.
Clause to the Auto-Hit Rules 02: The main villain of a saga and SAC characters have an advantage over normal characters. These characters are allowed special privileges to this rule, since they are stronger opponents, and their weaknesses will not be known at first. You may be on the end of a few auto-hits, but the owner of the villain will not be abusive with this power, or it will be stripped from them.
Do Not "Kill" Someone! If you want to "kill" someone, contact them first, and check if it is OK. They may want to get something in return; nothing in this world is free. No one likes it when people try and kill our characters without our permission, so do not bother typing "Kills Ken," because you will just be ignored.
Read Mind: Although a character can read the opponent's mind, this does not mean that your character can know everything about the character. Reading the mind only allows you to read what the character is thinking, and that is all. Also, because you have this ability, it does not mean that you can automatically predict what an opponent is going to do, and then dodge it saying, "Oh, well I read his mind, so I knew what was coming." That is not allowed.
