Hakuto flashed in above Falkan and grabbed him out from the cloak's momentum., successfully locking in a tight bearhug and sinking his fingers into the V'alcan's arms. It was only a matter or time now, literally, before the match ended. The android's viruses were ready to deploy instantly, but they needed to be pre-programmed to reach a certain destination. The Worm virus required a very specific and lengthy channel, hence it took longer to get ready than the other viruses Hakuto possessed. Hakuto knew this, but Falkan did not.
At first, Hakuto seemed to have Falkan right where he wanted him, unable to move from his clutches. However, a complication quickly arose as Falkan's sword managed to unsheath itself. The android was not expecting this, but he wasn't about to let go. The sword began to jab violently and rapidly at Hakuto's arms. No blow missed its target and soon Hakuto's arms began to resemble swiss cheese. No pain, no gain...unless you're an android.
The android couldn't feel pain, which allowed him to last through these non-fatal wounds. It would be strange for the audience to see a man being stabbed frequently and not bleed, but the android's metal body let out not a drop. Of course, this would not matter soon enough as Hakuto could feel the energy in Falkan suddenly begin to release itself, VERY rapidly. At this point, the Worm virus would never be deployed. Falkan would break the hold before ten seconds passed. So, an alternative idea was quickly constructed. A switch of viruses...
Another second passed and Hakuto soon found that Falkan was actually transforming himself. Hakuto quickly pumped up his own power as quickly and as high as he could without transforming, knowing he wouldn't be able to transform until he got out of Falkan's range for a moment.
A third second passed, and voila, the first vampiric virus was released. Falkan wouldn't notice a thing at this point and soon he would be proveding Hakuto with a big boost in energy. At this point, Falkan was beginning to surpass Hakuto's power, and he wasn't slowing down. Just one more...
A fourth second passed, then a fifth, then finally a sixth. Another vampiric virus was released and Hakuto quickly let go afterwards. At the same time, Falkan powered out of the hold nearly effortlessly with his new-found strength.
“Sorry Hakuto, bigger men than you have worked a lot harder to take me down…and they’ve all failed.”
The wedge flew up, but was not needed, as Hakuto was already flying head over heels. This also allowed Hakuto to inidvertently avoid Falkan's onslaught with Rhiannon. The android halted himself a hundred meters down the line and his blood red aura suddenly went completely opaque and pitch black. It rocketed into the sky; a pillar of darkness. The fans in the stadium were on their feet, seeing that this fight was picking up in a big way.
A moment later, the aura suddenly shot back to its source and became transparent again. Underneath, Hakuto was in his first transformation. He had grown in height, his muscles had buldged and his entire body had turned a pitch black colour. His eyes had gone completely red and his voice had grown deeper. His wounds in his arms from the frequent stabbing healed completely. On top of all this, the android's speed, strength and telekenetic abilities had all skyrocketed. Unfortunately, it still wasn't enough for Falkan's sudden spike in power and Hakuto knew it. A second transformation was needed and he would have to keep away from Falkan for long enough to trigger it.
Or, that's what he would have had to do if Falkan had not just filled up both of the vampiric virus' capacities with that suddenly burst of energy. The two mechanical parasites suddenly bursted out of the V'alcan's skin and shot straight at Hakuto. The android caught them in his hands and they, along with the energy they contained, were instantly absorbed into the android's body. Hakuto's power skyrocketed and he jumped straight into his second transformation.
Another pillar of darkness erupted and, at this point, the crowd was just dying at the anticipation of Falkan and Hakuto clashing. It seemed Kilix was being taken out from their attention and most likely from a chance of winning this battle. However, Falkan was not one to wait for the android to simpy transform, it seemed. The V'alcan warrior sent a massive wall of earth flying straight across the battlefield like a rocky tidal wave.
The wall shot straight through the android. The pillar of darkness disappeared again, but the clouds of dust from the wave of rock was taking away any visibility of the battlefield. Once again, Falkan went on the offensive and shot a barrage of ki blasts into the dust. He finished the flurry off with a big, charged ki blast for good measure.
Yet, there was no explosion. For a few moments, nothing was happening. The dust was clearing and as soon as the battlefield became visible again, only two entities were left; two massive, jet and pitch black entities. On one side of the field stood the V'alcan warrior, his trusty blade Rhiannon in his hands.
On the other side of the field stood the newly transformed Hakuto, a pitch black fog surrounding his body in place of an aura. Two horns were now protruding from his head, behind each of his ears. His eyes had gone completely white in contrast with the foggy aura surrounding his body, glowing brightly. Truly, Hakuto's demonic side was in full showing here.
But, how did he get there? How did the wall pass through him without knocking him off the battle field, as it seemed to have done to Kilix? The answer was simple: Hakuto passed through the wall. Using his telekenetic abilities, he punched a hole through the solid earth and his body fit perfectly through it. His transformation was completely afterwards and the ki blasts that flew in were all absorbed, including the last large one. Hakuto's ki absorbing abilities were now beyond comprehension for most warriors, as was everything else about him. Hakuto had surpassed Falkan in power now, but Falkan's power was still rising quickly. The result was this: a completely even plane in every sense, except strategy. This would now come down to who could out-do the other, out-plan the other and over-power the other in as many unique ways as possible. This would be a fight everyone on Dragonia would remember.
And so it began, Falkan vs. Hakuto: Round II.
It's time to pick up where all the others left off and succeed in what they couldn't. Prepare to be put down for good!
The android's voice boomed throughout the battlefield and no sooner had it reached Falkan's ears than Hakuto reached him himself. The android had coated his arms in pure ki, effectively creating shields to combat Falkan's sword. At each wrist a blade protruded out of the shield. Hakuto quickly put these blades to work, slashing at Falkan's shoulder's, ribs, chest, arms and head in rapid-fire fashion. After about twenty or so blows, spreading out over a total of one second, Hakuto backflipped out of the way of any sort of counter, aiming a quick kick to Falkan's jaw on the way out. The android then fired two long ki "harpoons" that would pierce through Falkan's body if they hit. Every shot would be fatal, or otherwise have a chance for severe injury.
Both warriors were now playing for higher stakes than they had ever fought for before and neither would want to disappoint themselves after going this far.

Falkan actually grinned when he realized the futility of Rhiannon’s attacks at Hakuto’s arms. Although he still didn’t understand the workings of the creatures called androids, he was catching on to a couple of things. They seemed to be made of different materials, and evidently this one was impervious to pain. He was a little irritated at himself for not having caught on sooner, but it still gave him some satisfaction to see the near-sentient sword doing some actual damage for a change, however ineffective.
The fact that Hakuto let go just as Falkan made his move set the warrior on guard. Evidently the android was as good as he was at adjusting to the flow of a battle. As he carried on his attacks, Falkan sensed the increase in his opponents energy and took joy in the fact that he was still increasing his own power, and still well above the android’s. Then something unexpected happened. Two creatures exploded from within the V’alcan and shot over to Hakuto before Falkan even understood what was happening. Hakuto’s near-immediate transformation made it all clear. The ‘bugs’ must have been the result of the prolonged contact between the two, and evidently they had siphoned off some of Falkan’s own energy, meaning he had just aided his opponent in the transformation. A deepening sense of respect for the evil creature across the field was quickly squashed by yet more anger at having been used against himself.
As his wall of earth slammed into Kilix, sending the Liixan agent tumbling out of the fight, Falkan felt some disappointment at seeing the most honorable of his remaining opponents go. Then again, it meant he could turn the whole of his power loose without worrying about hitting a potential ally. Now, with no one to get in his way, he let go of the last of his inhibitions with his large blast. The largest beam he had fired so far would be the smallest he would fire the rest of the round. As his power level ascended to just below Hakuto’s latest, the V’alcan Warrior finally began to feel the strain on his body – he was finally nearing his vastly expanded limits. Whatever happened, this battle would soon be over.
Still, he didn’t plan on losing.
“It's time to pick up where all the others left off and succeed in what they couldn't. Prepare to be put down for good!”
Hakuto was on him in a flash, Forcing Reval to step back in order to effectively meet the attack. Now sporting a couple of his own blades, Hakuto was giving the crowd a powered up replay of a scene from their earlier battle. Pravent’s drail sword and Rhiannnon met and parried each blow with explosions of fire, ki, and bending energy such as had never been seen before. The spectators could only see what looked like a fireworks display on fast forward, as each block produced a ground-shaking blast. In spite of several hits, as Hakuto flipped away, Falkan’s powered-up form healed his wounds even while the jaw-kick connected. In a lower form, he might have been killed, but as his power grew, so did Reval’s ability to heal. Falkan turned the impact of the kick into momentum, launching himself backwards with the kick and using his senses to gauge the next attack…
Projectiles were perfect. He rolled sideways in mid-air, allowing Rhiannon to deflect one of the harpoons, and letting the other pass by. While he landed solidly on his feet and built up a huge ki ball in his left hand, Reval fired the Talon backward, which cught up to and grappled the harpoon. The ball was launched, and in it’s shadow followed the harpoon. But that wasn’t all. Knowing Hakuto’s own attack would be minimally damaging, at best, Falkan sent a seeking beam targeting the harpoon’s energy next, then allowed Rhiannon to do it’s work. The sword, having analyzed the energy from the harpoon it deflected, had already prepared a blast of the most incompatible energy type in it’s memory…which it had attached to the seeking beam. It was a complex situation, but the sword understood energy and its manipulation. If Hakuto blocked and stopped the harpoon cold, or even absorbed it, there would still be a moment’s residual charge in the air, with which the seeking beam would react the moment it entered the charged area. Should Hakuto block or absorb both, a violent explosion would still result. The blast was timed so that if the android dodged both, the seeking beam would still catch up with and react to the harpoon.
Knowing what he would do in the face of such an attack, Falkan moved to counter the dodge. An ice Cannon from his right hand and a massive blast from his left swept across the battlefield in an X-shape, then he teleported across the area and fired another large blast straight across, covering the field in an asterisk shaped web of energy. Wherever Hakuto turned up from the attack, Falkan would be upon him with a barrage from his staff to finish things off, before teleporting backward to defend.

The android's flurry seemed to be succesful as it caught the V'alcan warrior multiple times. However, the majority of the attacks were blocked or parried with the same two swords Falkan had used in the last battle these two had. It was interesting, comparing this battle to the last. This one was at much more elevated pace and each moment was even more critical than before. One slip-up and it would all be over, in the state the two warriors were in. Hakuto wouldn't be the one to make that mistake. The android was sure of that.
However, even as Hakuto connected with his kick while flying back from any counters, he could see Falkan healing quickly. Interesting. He now possesses healing abilities similar to my own. But, he still feels pain... If anyone could see through the thick black fog surrounding the android's face, they would see a smirk of satusfaction. This was a true challenge and he loved every moment of it. He sent the two ki harpoons at Falkan and both were parried and dodged, respectively. Falkan even went to the length of firing his grappling weapon at one to send it back at Hakuto. This was a mistake. Hakuto has vast control over his own ki, especially in his current state. Falkan would soon find this out the hard way.
Hakuto prepared for the coming attack, analyzing it instantly for what it really was: His own ki harpoon being conveniently followed by one ki beam, while a giant ki blast soared in front of it. Instantly, the flight paths were judged and the android came up with the conclusion that the beam was indeed following the harpoon. So, before any of the blasts could even get within decent range of Hakuto, he suddenly "pushed" his own harpoon into the giant ki blast in front of it with his telekenesis. The seeking ki beam followed it and a massive explosion occurred, completely blinding the spectators in the arena for several moments. The giant blast also took away any sort of ability to sense ki or see on the battlefield, as it clouded the senses and sight of anyone who dared tried...except the advanced senses of the android, conveniently.
So, Falkan would be unable to sense or see Hakuto's second harpoon turning around and shooting straight back at him from behind as he fired the ice cannon and large ki beam. However, luckily for him, he teleported out of the way, however inidvertently it was. Falkan ended up opposite of his position, on the other side of where Hakuto used to be. The ki word was "used" to be, as Hakuto was already flying high into the sky. The asterisk of blasts all flew underneath him and impacted on his old position. Again, the result was another massive explosion. This one completely blew away the mountain below it. No longer was it a perfectly round surface, but instead a collection of jagged peaks as it used to be.
The android waited up in the sky for another move and, surprisingly, Falkan was already doing the same thing. The Falkan's staff came down and Hakuto could only block it and absorb the first blow with his right ki arm shield, his arm wincing back from the power behind the staff. A second blow was again blocked, this time by the left arm. Hakuto sent in a countering jab with both of his ki blades, but Falkan had anticipated this and already teleported back to avoid it. Unfortunately, Hakuto had anticipated that too and that harpoon was right there to catch Falkan for good.
Hakuto quickly sent in a massive ki blast of his own, aimed at the harpoon in case it missed again. This would create yet another explosion, if the harpoon hit its target or not. Then, there would suddenly be another ki explosion to the left of Falkan. Another one would pop up to Falkan's left. In front. Behind. Above. Below. Hakuto was using his frequency override technique to create ki explosions seemingly out of nowhere. Thanks to his transformation, the explosions all happened in rapid succession. On top of that, each explosion used the ki floating around from those prior to it to make the next explosion that much bigger. Hakuto had to teleport back just to avoid being in the blast radius by the time the latter explosions occured.
Falkan's fate didn't look so pretty, but the fans were enjoying the giant display of firepower, as was Hakuto.

((Well fought, Hakuto. It's been a pleasure.))
Falkan was once again impressed by the prowess of his opponent. For better or for worse, he would walk away from this fight having enjoyed yet another real challenge to his skills...but he would walk away. When his quickly planned and executed abuse of Hakuto’s harpoon technique failed, the V’alcan’s mind was already thinking several moves ahead in the fight. Smart as he was, even Hakuto had an element of predictability about him…all truly great warriors did. Fighting, Martial Arts, is a blend of art and science. Style, form, and a person’s nature and character all come into play, as with an art. However, there are things that work, and things that don’t, as in a science. Even the greatest of Warriors – especially the greatest of Warriors – was bound by this rule. Although disciplining oneself not to waste time and energy on attacks that don’t work made a fighter more effective, it also made him more predictable. And although Hakuto had no lack for a variety of devastatingly effective attacks, the rule still applied. It was the one, all encompassing law of battle that leveled every playing field, and allowed Reval to compete with beings like Hakuto – superior to himself in almost every way.
When Hakuto clouded the field with ki, it was a brilliant move – and effective. Falkan, true enough, was completely unable to see his enemy, and his ki senses were befuddled as well. Only one factor saved him from a brutal onslaught. Hakuto wasn’t the only piece of advanced technology on the battlefield. Rhiannon’s unique ability to detect, analyze, and react to energy of any kind combined with it’s near-sentient determination to protect its wielder. After all, with no to carry the weapon, there was no power to draw from, and no way to become stronger…
The lingering ki from the explosion was little challenge for the sword to filter through and find the only energy that mattered – Hakuto’s. While Falkan and the android destroyed the mountain below them with the multiplied thunder of their battle, Rhiannon kept exact track of the movement of any of Hakuto’s energy. That’s why, when Falkan dropped back directly into the path of the remaining harpoon, a ki barrier exploded into place just in time to deflect the harpoon and protect Reval from the exploding of the blast meeting harpoon. The crowd was by this time on their feet, watching when the explosion died down, cheering when the grim-expressioned face of the V’alcan appeared on screen. Then they groaned when the barrier went down too soon.
The explosion to Falkan’s left caught him off-guard. While he was still being rocked by the first explosion, Rhiannon went to work with a shield at his left, which stopped the second one. But the next explosion came from the front, hitting Falkan full in the face. Rhiannon reacted, but missed the shot from below. Finally, several solid hits later, a bubble around Falkan brought the damage to an end…but there was still damage. The violence continued around Falkan, but thanks to his increased energy Rhiannon’s shield held strong, while he healed on the inside. Hakuto was right, Falkan could feel pain. Unfortunately for him, he misjudged the effect. Most people, even most V’alcans, were driven by pain toward surrender. Sooner or later, there came a point where fighting just hurt too much to continue.
Not so for the V’alcan Warrior.
Every blast, every cut, every wound had only one effect on this warrior. It ticked him off. And with every increase in anger, there came an increase in the raw power of his Fury state. The more hits, the more power, increase exponentially. And Falkan Reval had just taken about six in a row. Finally, the blasts subsided. Both the crowd and Hakuto were watching in earnest to see the unfortunate fate of the Lone Warrior. As the smoke cleared, the initial view was perplexing. A solid white sphere hung in the air, with a light mist billowing around it. A steady dripping of water from the bottom of the globe suddenly made clear what it was…ice. It appeared Falkan had used his Crushing Sphere technique on himself, only without the crushing part, meaning he had spent the duration of the last attack safe inside the super-cooled shell.
So it appeared. In reality, Falkan had left the sphere in his place when he teleported out of the mess between blasts. The speed of his movement, plus the chaos of the technique, served perfectly to hide his true intentions. While the eyes of everyone else were on his ice ball, the super-powered V’alcan appeared as if from nowhere behind Hakuto, with the largest blast he had ever managed to summon formed in his hands.
“Nice attempt, bright-eyes. Now let’s end this…”
Hanging from his belt, Rhiannon sensed the situation around itself and visibly trembled. Falkan was using the legendary Warrior’s Wrath – the V’alcan’s ultimate weapon. That in itself was devastating enough. But what only the sword could possibly sense was the truly disturbing thing. Falkan was pouring more energy into the attack than had ever been done, even in the most desperate of situations. His power was now beyond that of any V’alcan, ever, and all – ALL of that power was being dumped into the blast. This created two problems. First, he would be left nearly defenseless if the attack didn’t hit – an unlikely event. Second, and more importantly, he would be killed by the ensuing explosion. The sword couldn’t let that happen. The sword’s conclusion was the absolute worst possible scenario. It enacted its fail-safe defense. The wielder must be protected, even from himself.
Rhiannon was too late. With a grin and a shout, the Warrior’s Wrath was on its way, hurtling at the evil android like a freight train. The super-sized blast, besides being powerful beyond all reason, was locked on to Hakuto, ready and able to follow him should he flee. Falkan’s own gaze could direct the beam, so long as he could see Hakuto. The blast could even phase through things that weren’t Hakuto, making obstacles a non-issue. The resolve of the Warrior to hit his enemy carried into the beam itself. There would be no escape.
Now that it was too late to stop the attack, Rhiannon’s fail-safe was also too far gone to stop. The sword surrounded Falkan with a force-field to ensure his own safety. Outside the field, Rhiannon started a series of chain-reaction explosions. The explosions, designed to annihilate everything within a radius of the warrior, would escalate in power and scope with every blast, until there was nothing left of the remaining pieces of the battlefield. Several deafening, earth-shattering explosion-filled moments later, the air cleared and revealed the gasping, exhausted, powered-down, yet fully intact form of Falkan Reval.
He was smiling.

(OOC: It has been a pleasure going up against you twice this tournament.)
Explosion after explosion occurred, devastating the mountain below while creating a beautiful display for the thousands now watching this match. Word had spread from the people in the original stadium to those outside and now everyone was watching the exciting conclusion of the fight. This was one for the ages and the finish to it would not be any less remarkable.
Hakuto knew something was up when he could still sense the massive power of the V'alcan warrior rising underneath all the explosions. He just continued to get stronger instead of weaker when he was hit. It was an interesting and intriguing conundrum for the android. However, he wouldn't have much time to anazlyze it as the explosions flowly faded, leaving...a ball of ice?
He doesn't expect me to fall for that one...does he?
Hakuto knew right away it was a distraction because of two things. One: the ball of ice had no power behind it. Two: he could sense one of the biggest collections of power the android's ever sensed before behind him. The android turned to see what it was and actually looked shocked as the massive ki blast was growing and growing. Immediately, Hakuto began to fly down into the mountains below. The blast followed soon after. On top of that, however, were even more giant explosions suddenly filling the area. Hakuto continued to fly at speeds nearing that of light to avoid the chaos around the mountain. Ki, dust, rock and everything in between was simply everywhere. It was chaos. Their was a silence over the entire stadium watching the fight as the explosions stopped. Nothing was moving for a few moments. Hakuto, Falkan and the massive ki blast were nowhere to be found.
Then, suddenly, the android flew out of the cloud of dust and stopped. He chuckled for a few moments and then was abruptly silenced when the massive ki blast suddenly shot out of all the carnage after him. The blast hit directly into him and the explosion to top all explosions occurred. However, since it was away from the mountain, the radius managed to avoid Falkan's position. The fans cheered loudly as they saw their hero, the V'alcan warrior, take out the android!
However, they all went silent again as the dust clouds covering the mountain cleared. They all were shocked and in awe as Hakuto appeared behind the helpless V'alcan warrior. They all began to question how this could possibly happen. They saw the android get blown to bit by Falkan's massive ki blast a few moments ago. How could anyone somehow avoid that and come back to Falkan so quickly? The answer was simple, if you knew something that only Hakuto knew.
Hakuto did, in fact, get blown away by the blast. But, he ALSO appeared behind Falkan at the same time, still full of power. How the android did it was an unanswerable question. How the androids did it, however, was very simple. What no one saw because of all the dust and ki and distractions around the mountain was Hakuto using his cloning technique. The massive ki blast continued to follow the original Hakuto as his clone went in the opposite direction.
Rhiannon was too occupied with his fail-safe to realize Hakuto's clone and there he was, standing defiantly behind a downed Falkan, a giant ki ball in hand.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to take that smile off your face...
With that, the android thrust the ki blast down at point-blank range onto the defenseless Falkan.

((Hee hee...so it's a battle for the last post now... )) Falkan had never seen or even been aware of Rhiannon's fail-safe system...truly nobody ever had until today. Now it was legendary. When the first of the dozens of explosions started around him, he thought it was the end...and it didn't really bother him. But once again, even death seemed to have betrayed the V'alcan Warrior. His smile, more a reflection of the irony he felt at the surprising sensation of not being dead after all, faded when he heard the voice behind him. "Im afraid I'm going to have to take that smile off your face."Fortunately, even exhausted and in his normal form, the time Hakuto took to gloat was all Reval needed to react. Rhiannon was out, and in a manner once again bringing memories of their last match, Falkan avoided a finishing blow from Hakuto by diving into a dimensional rip, courtesy of the sword. The ki ball, having missed the feet of the V'alcan by half an inch, exploded violently against the ground, while Falkan resurfaced from another tear behind Hakuto...or at least his arm, holding a good-sized ki ball of his own, did. The ball fired toward Hakuto, and the arm retreated into the rift. A second later another rift opened next to the android, just long enough for the flaming Drail sword to take a swipe at his left side before again disappearing into the between-dimension. Another rift - a small ki blast. A fourth - the spear tipped end of a staff. Finally a fifth portal opened, and an ice cannon...a very small one, preceeded Falkan out onto a single slim spire of rock thirty feet above the android. His energy was gone, his attacks packed nowhere near enough punch to destroy Hakuto, and even healing now would be troublesome for Falkan Reval...but he wouldn't give up until the cold wave of death took him.

However that wouldn't be the case, at least not today. Before any more hostile movements could be made, the invisible barrier around them turned white, coming plainly into sight as the end of the fight was announced. There was a loud siren, coming from seemingly everywhere and nowhere at the same time and the fighter's energy was momentarily stripped away, just so they wouldn't blow up all the innocent bystanders just because they were too caught up to notice the end of the fight.
Hakuto Inuneo and Falkan Reval suddenly found themselves back in the city of Esperanza, to the roaring thunder born from the mouths and hands of a million people screaming and clapping their hands, cheering the names of their heroes. So, they didn't get to see the winner's division, but they didn't believe that it could have possibly gone any better than this. The roar of the audience almost shook the earth. Night had fallen on the metropolis during the fight and now there was an infinite sea of stars overhead, seemingly brighter and more discernable than other nights, its beauty beyond anything man could ever make with his two hands.
But people weren't here to gaze at the stars and suddenly a white pillar of light appeared, like a column, pointing into the night sky, three people standing on a wide floor made entirely of glass under which was a huge projector, giving off an immense light from beneath them. "Ladies and gentlemen!"[/b] the announcer boomed, his voice overcoming the noise of all the people combined, no matter how difficult that may sound. He took a pause to let the people quiet down, throwing a long, commanding look at the crowd as he turned his upper body slowly, looking at everyone in the near-360 degree seating arc. "We requested that our judges be quick as they can with this match, and so, after many heated arguments and even hotter fist-fights our two responsible judges have come to a conclusion!"[/b] The commentator paused again, allowing the masses to explode in another wave of cheers and shouts for the two.
"ARE YOU READY?!?" he shouted, pointing at the viewers, to witch they replied with even more intense shouting and pounding of feet. "Well then... without any further ado... I give you the winner of this incredible match...
It...
Is...
Suspense is killing you, isn't it?
Well, here goes!
The winner is...
Falkan Reval!!!"[/b]
It was pure chaos after that.
(OOC: Well, guys, here it is. Me and Jimmy decided on a 4-3-1-1 point share, 4 to Falkan, 3 to Hakuto, 1 to both Kihaku and Kilix. It's a shame they had to leave the fight so early, since who knows that the result might have been otherwise... But they did, leaving us two very talented writers with bright, expressive characters.
The fight was great and pretty much even, though most of the time Hakuto felt a little bit more in control, yet the reasons for this were disputable. Both contestants continuously showed not only their character's power, but also their own intellectual prowess and cleverness in their tactical battles.
The quality was consistent and of a very high grade, in fact we found both fighters just about the same. In the end, it simply came down to personal preference of writing style and this is where Falkan got the winning push. It's nothing personal, Hakuto, but we just needed to make a decision, and this is it. I finally know what the other judges meant, saying "I wish I could give you 2.5 points each", but, sadly, that isn't the case. It was a great, great battle guys, and you should give each other a big hand. Good job! ^^ )
