"Teleport..." Falkan frowned. Theoretically, he could realm-bend a portal to wherever he wanted...but it would drain him to near unconsciousness.
"...not really right now. That's okay, I've got something better." He whistled loudly, and moments later Vidrek came clawing to a stop beside him. After taking a moment to check his weapons, Falkan climbed aboard the bird and pulled the hood of his cloak on.
"I assume you can fly, but you're welcome to ride if you wish to conserve energy." Unknown to Rizuk, such an offer was monumental. As a rule, V'alcans never allowed outsiders to ride a Sars'tou. Falkan Reval was never much for rules.
"Perhaps along the way you can explain why the full moon is so important. As I see it, the only advantage the Saiyans have now is numbers...and Hakuto. Neither have me greatly concerned."

Rizuk clambered up behind Falkan on the giant bird and folded his arms as he sat. He was hardly gonna turn up the offer for a ride, especially since his legs felt like he'd broke them, he smiled to himself at Falkan's words "I know, they're not THAT worrying but the thing is..." Rizuk looked up to the sky and frowned as if he felt he could almost see the moon through the light blue sky. "When there's a full moon, Saiyans turn into huge monkey creatures that can destroy whole cities on their own. I could take maybe three or four at the peak of my power, an entire ARMY? I'd need to destroy the planet and I like it too much to do that... geez, I'm getting sentimental in my old age. Look, we just need to stop it. Bedoes the highest point on Dragonia that we can feasibly get to without alerting suspicion, we can work it out from there." Rizuk fell silent and toyed with his light green sleeves as he waited for Falkan to take off and take them to Bedoe, he was anxious to stop the moon soon as he was pretty sure it was in its gibbous phase soon. He relaxed and waited for Falkan's move, his thoughts were drawn to Hakuto. At his peak, he could take the android in a straight fight but there were too many variables. He'd need to plan.

Without any perceptible signal from the V'alcan, Vi'drek leaped into the air and climbed rapidly. When they reached a satisfactory height, Falkan sensed time was of the essence, and drew Rhiannon. It took no small amount of energy, but he managed to realm-bend the air around the bird into sort of a jet stream. In seconds, the three were hurtling through the air at speeds incalculable.
Some time later, Vi'drek pulled his wings up and slowed into a wide circle around the craggy, ice-covered peak of Bedoe's highest mountain. The uninviting chunmk of rock on which they landed reminded Falkan a little of home. He hopped off his bird and grimly took in the dismal scene around him.
"Nice place. So," he looked up at the moon, easily visible from such a height. "I don't suppose there's a way to let just a few of the Saiyans transform, then stop the moon from affecting them?"
Rizuk seemed not to want to dignify the question with a response.
"Too bad. Sounds like they might at least be a challenge as giant monkeys. Tell me, how is it that the warriors seem to be able to grow stonger at will when their hair changes color? I've never seen such a trick before."

((You can make a thread in Bedoe if you want, since we're now there)) "They, uhh, have magic hair dye? I don't know. Dragonians do a similar trick, but the moons a big problem. As tempting as it would be to give you the big monkeys, we can't control it that well. Right, what do you think? What do you recomend?" Rizuk crossed his arms and leapt off of the bird and stood beside Falkan, he was probably the only one on Dragonia he genuinely believed was like him. Power-wise and personality wise. They stared up at the moon and a sudden over-powering idea came along "FALKAN! I have an idea, could your bird... I don't know his name... fly up high enough to block the moons rays? Thats how they change we just need to block the Blots waves." Rizuk wouldn't admit it but he knew a lot, he just forgot big chunks.
